This is because Japan Post has been suspended accepting the shipments to many other overseas countries.

You can get the permit and the label on the web-site of USDA.
We will request to send us these documents when we will reply you to your seeds order.
We will request the charge for the certificate(3,000 yen) in addition the packing charge and postage for the order from EU region.
・For USA, we need your "Small Lots of Seed Permit" and "Green/Yellow shipping label".
We will send you the message about them when we will accept your order.
This year, we can take your order only by e-mail, not using PayPal cart.
Please send us your order from 'Contact US' tab, with your name, email address, shipping address and your phone number which we can use on the shipping label.
After we confirm your order, we will reply the confirmation to you and request the payment via PayPal.
The order term will be finished in the end of this November.
The order will be posted in 2 or 3 weeks from the payment.

We promise you to send fresh seeds which were collected in this year. We keep putting some species in the sowing beds to keep their germination rate. Once they start to germinate, we will stop selling each of them. If we can't ship some of your order because of that reason, we will postpone the shipment about the species to the next year. In this case, please let us know about continuation or the cancellation of the order by email.
