We DON'T accept the order mainly from Russia, Germany, Ireland and some other countries.
This is because Japan Post Office has suspended the shipment reception by airmail and EMS. And also because of the Customs clearance is not working well.
We can't deliver any plant orders to these countries because we don't have the method to ship the orders.
Please do not place the order from these countries.
Also about the other counties which we don't mentioned above, there is the possibilities we can't post the order.
Also, about the other countries we can accept the order, Japan Post Office has accepted the posting, but the delivery will take much longer than the usual.
For now, the shipping procedure from the Japanese exchange also has been taking some time.
Please check by yourself whether the shipments can be delivered safely in your country.
Please note that we cannot guarantee for anything about the delivery after the parcel leaving Japan.
This year, we can take your order only by e-mail, not using PayPal cart.
Please send us your order from 'Contact US' tab, with your name, email address, shipping address and your phone number which we can use on the shipping label.
After we confirm your order, we will reply the confirmation to you and request the payment via PayPal.
The shipping term of summer bulbs’ order in this season is in late September to October.

The special offer for limited bulbs which we can't dispatch in winter.

There is no minimum order for this Summer Sale.
The list for other winter shipping plants will be updated from mid-September to October.
Anemone rhizomes which are sold at this summer season are not sure whether they have 'Flower Bud' because they produce flower bud in late autumn. So we can't guarantee that they will surely bloom or not.
